怡神定志针法治疗紧张型头痛伴焦虑的临床疗效分析OA

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Yi Shen Ding Zhi acupuncture(怡神定志针法)in the treatment of tension-type headache(TTH)with anxiety.Methods:Eighty patients with Qi(气)stagnation and blood stasis syndrome of TTH with anxiety were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group received the Yi Shen Ding Zhi acupuncture treatment,and the control group received the combination of venlafaxine hydrochloride extended-release capsules and eperisone hydrochloride tablets,both of which were treated for 4 weeks.Efficacy was compared by visual analogue scale(VAS),headache impact test questionnaire-6(HIT-6),headache symptom score,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scale score.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The efficacy of VAS score,HIT-6 score,headache symptom score,and HAMA score in the experimental group was better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yi Shen Ding Zhi acupuncture can effectively relieve headache symptoms in TTH patients with anxiety,improve the quality of life,making the treatment is safe and reliable.
