基于"火郁发之"论治过敏性结膜炎急性发作OA

Allergic conjunctivitis(AC)is an ocular surface allergic disease primarily mediated by IgE-induced type I and type IV hypersensitivity reactions.Its acute attack is characterized by a sudden onset of ocular pruritus,conjunctival redness(scleral redness),tearing,and other symptoms,and it features a rapid onset and a high recurrence rate.AC belongs to the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)category of"itchy resembling insect crawling","recurrent syndrome","recurrent eye itchy syndrome"and so on.When the disease occurs,the ocular pruritus is severe,accompanied by conjunctival redness,and recurs periodically.The theory of"resolving fire stagnation by dispersing"is one of the important principles for treating fire-related diseases.It refers to utilizing the outward-dispersing property of drugs to allow stagnant fire to be dispersed in accordance with the upward-flaring tendency of the drugs'properties,thereby smoothing Qi(气)movement and resolving stagnant fire.Based on the theory of"fire stagnation needing dispersion",this paper systematically explores the etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment principles for the acute episode of AC.The aim is to provide a novel clinical perspective on the treatment of acute attacks of AC within the framework of TCM.
