基于数据挖掘含宽筋藤的藏药方剂配伍规律OA
Fomulation compatibility rules of Tibetan ethnomedicinal preparations containing Kuanjinteng based on data mining
目的:运用数据挖掘技术探究含宽筋藤藏药方剂的配伍规律,为新药的研发提供参考.方法:收集并整理藏医药经典文献中含藏药宽筋藤的方剂,运用 Microsoft Excel 2019 对含宽筋藤的方剂进行整理并构建数据库,用 SPSS Modeler 18.0 对含宽筋藤方剂进行主治疾病、配伍组合、关联规则分析及复杂网络分析等,研究含宽筋藤方剂在不同疾病中的用药规律.结果:共收集到含宽筋藤的藏药方剂 135 首,涉及 189 味单味药材,药物出现总频次为 1 669.使用频次≥20 的药材共 26 味,其中与宽筋藤配伍频次较高的有诃子、余甘子、毛诃子、川木香、悬钩木等;涉及主治疾病共32 种,主要有痹证、痛风、黄水病、多血症、八木病等病种.高频药物性味以苦味、温性、甘化味为主.关联规则分析表明,宽筋藤与诃子、余甘子、毛诃子等药物组合频次较高.结论:经数据挖掘分析发现,含藏药宽筋藤的方剂通过发挥清热、温里、化湿、活血化瘀为主的功效治疗痛风、痹证、黄水病等疾病.本研究对挖掘藏药宽筋藤的潜在药效规律及研发治疗风湿类疾病的新药物提供了理论依据.
Objective:To explore the compatibility rules of Tibetan ethnomedicinal preparations containing Kuanjinteng(Caulis Tinosporae sinensis)by data mining,so as to provide a reference basis for the research and development of new drugs.Methods:The prescriptions containing Kuanjinteng in Tibetan medical classics were sorted out.A database was established with Microsoft Excel 2019,and then SPSS Modeler 18.0 was applied to analyze the main treated diseases,compatibility combinations,association rules and complex networks of these prescriptions.Results:A total of 135 prescriptions were collected and included,involving 189 species of medicinal materials.The high-frequency compatible medicinal materials included Hezi(Terminalia chebula),Yuganzi(Phyllanthus emblica),Maohezi(Terminalia billerica),etc.There were 32 categories of diseases primarily treated,mainly including Bi syndrome(痹证),gout,and Huangshui disease(黄水病).Most of the high-frequency medicinal materials were bitter in flavor,warm in nature,and sweet in"Sanhuawei"(a unique concept in Tibetan medicine referring to the transformed taste after drug metabolism,not"three-flavored flavors").Additionally,the combination frequency of Kuanjinteng and Hezi was relatively high.Conclusion:Tibetan medicine prescriptions containing Kuanjinteng can treat diseases such as gout and Bi syndrome by exerting effects such as clearing heat and warming the interior.This study is of great significance for exploring the efficacy rules of Tibetan medicine and developing innovative anti-rheumatic drugs.
