《四圣心源》辨治腹痛学术思想探讨OA

Abdominal pain(AP)refers to a disease syndrome primarily characterized by pain in the area below the stomach and above the pubic symphysis.It is one of the more common clinical conditions,widely affecting people's health.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)'s understanding of AP first appeared in Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》)and underwent continuous refinement and maturation during the Ming and Qing dynasties.Moreover,TCM offers certain advantages in treating AP.Si Sheng Xin Yuan(《四圣心源》)is a representative work of the famous Qing Dynasty physician HUANG Yuanyu.HUANG Yuanyu's concept of the"Unstoppable Circulation of Vital Qi"proposed in Si Sheng Xin Yuan has a unique understanding on the diagnosis and treatment of AP.This article explores the diagnosis and treatment of AP in Si Sheng Xin Yuan based on the academic concept of the"Unstoppable Circulation of Vital Qi"(一 气 周 流).According to HUANG Yuanyu's theory of"Unstoppable Circulation of Vital Qi",this paper argues that the peripheral manifestation of AP pathogenesis lies in the stagnation and upward rushing of liver wood,while the root of AP pathogenesis lies in water cold and earth dampness.It is concluded that AP syndrome is common in liver and spleen Qi sinking syndrome,gallbladder and gastric Qi upward rushing syndrome,middle Qi downward collapse syndrome,and Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,etc.This article also summarizes the characteristics of HUANG Yuan's use of Qi movement to determine the location of the disease and lays emphasis on spleen-stomach Qi ascending and descending in the diagnosis and treatment of AP.Based on the academic theory of"Unstoppable Circulation of Vital Qi",this article explores the diagnosis and treatment of AP in Si Sheng Xin Yuan,to provide novel insights for clinical treatment of AP.
