基于滋养层细胞角度探讨中药防治自然流产的研究进展OA

Spontaneous abortion is a common complication in early pregnancy,and trophoblast dysfunction is one of its important causes.The incidence of spontaneous abortion is so high that it has seriously damaged women's reproductive health and family happiness,and brought not only a heavy economic burden but also a serious impact on maternal mental health.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)holds that according to the different types and occurrence time of spontaneous abortion,this disease can belong to the categories of"fetal leakage","fetal restlessness","fetal falling",etc.The basic pathogenesis of these diseases lie in impairment of Chong and Ren channels and fetal origin instability.In recent years,with the in-depth study of the development of TCM modernization,TCM has shown its unique advantages in regulating trophoblast function and preventing spontaneous abortion.TCM compound and its active ingredients have shown unique advantages in multi-target and overall regulation in the modulation of trophoblast function and the intervention of spontaneous abortion,and have increasingly become a research hotspot in the field of reproductive medicine.This paper reviews the relationship between trophoblast cells and spontaneous abortion,and discusses the research progress of TCM in the prevention and treatment of spontaneous abortion by regulating trophoblast cell dysfunction,angiogenesis,immune microenvironment,epigenetic modification,and other factors,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
