罗伟生教授"肝毒三法"辨治晚期肝癌经验OA

Advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the end-stage malignant tumor of the liver,which is characterized by intrahepatic and extrahepatic metastasis,high mortality rate and severe deterioration of quality of life.Although targeted drugs,immunotherapy and interventional methods in modern medicine can delay the progress of disease,there are notable limitations including significant toxicity and adverse reactions,limited long-term efficacy and high economic cost.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)shows its unique value in reducing adverse reactions of Western medicine,alleviating clinical symptoms,enhancing immunity,and prolonging the life cycle,thereby bringing new hope to patients with end-stage HCC.Professor LUO Weisheng established the academic theory of"treatment of chronic liver disease from deficiency"and"treatment of liver cancer from toxicity",developed"Bazhen Lihe(八珍荔核)"series of prescriptions,and achieved good clinical efficasy.He proposes that the essence of HCC is"the intertwining of healthy Qi(气)deficiency,toxin,and blood stasis".This view breaks through the traditional medicine framework of"hypochondriac pain"and"tympanites",and innovatively summarizes the pathogenetic characteristics of HCC caused by"deficiency,phlegm,blood stasis and toxin".the pathological characteristics of"the intertwined yellow toxin,water toxin and blood toxin",as well as the clinical characteristics of patients with"extreme deficiency and rampant cancer toxin".Accordingly,he established the overarching treatment principles of the"triple hepatic toxin mitigation therapy",namely,eliminating cancer toxin,protecting residual Yin(阴),and tonifying healthy Qi.This study systematically expounds the etiology and pathogenesis of Professor LUO's syndrome differentiation and treatment approach of HCC,the application strategy of the triple hepatic toxin mitigation therapy,the prescription compatibility,and typical cases,aiming to provide therapeutic guidance for clinical treatment and novel insights for optimizing the quality of life of patients with HCC.
