从"血不利则为水"探讨辅助生殖周期宫腔积液的辨治OA

Endometrial fluid accumulation is a relatively common complication during assisted reproductive technology(ART)treatment cycles,and its persistence post-transfer can interfere with embryo implantation,leading to adverse pregnancy outcomes.Based on the theory of"blood stagnation leads to fluid retention",the pathogenesis of uterine cavity effusion is analyzed as involving spleen-kidney deficiency,blood stasis forming masses,and fluid accumulation in the uterus.The pathogenesis of"spleen-kidney deficiency"primarily results from essence deficiency,blood deficiency,and insufficient Yang Qi(阳气).The pathogenesis of"blood stasis forming masses"primarily results from blood stagnation;and the pathogenesis of"fluid accumulation in the uterus"primarily results from impaired fluid circulation.According to the pathogenesis and disease progression stages of this disease,the clinical syndrome differentiation of this condition mainly falls into three types:spleen-kidney deficiency type,blood stasis obstruction type,and water-dampness internal obstruction type.The treatment is divided into three stages:strengthening the spleen and kidneys to tonify the body,promoting blood circulation and unblocking the channels to facilitate water metabolism,and warming Yang(阳)and transforming Qi(气)to promote water metabolism,so as to harmonize Qi,blood,and water,improve the uterine microenvironment to assist conception,and reduce the risk of cycle cancellation.One empirical case is presented for reference by peers.
