基于古籍文献挖掘甲状腺相关眼病用药规律研究OA
Study on medication patterns for thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy based on data mining of ancient Chinese medical literature
目的:探索《中华医典》中甲状腺相关眼病的用药规律.方法:以《中华医典》中所有提及甲状腺相关眼病的古籍条文为数据源,通过纳入与排除标准筛选后应用 Microsoft Office Excel 2016 建立数据库,基于 SPSS Statistics 23.0 或 SPSS modeler 18.0软件对原始数据进行统计分析,挖掘甲状腺相关眼病的用药规律.结果:共纳入 42条文献,其中高频方剂为摩风膏、分珠散、泻肺汤、宣明丸,25 味高频中药按使用频次由高到低依次为当归、黄芩、防风、甘草、赤芍、栀子等.高频中药按功效分类以清热药、解表药为主,药性以寒、温最多,药味以苦、甘、辛为主,归经以肝经、肺经、心经为主.关联规则分析显示,高频药对主要为当归-赤芍、大黄-栀子、黄芩-芒硝、大黄-芒硝、当归-防风等.聚类分析可将高频中药分为4组,第1 组主要取泻肝汤义,第 2 组中药以血药和解表药为主,第3 组龙胆和栀子均为清热药,第4 组中药均有利水渗湿之功.结论:古籍中治疗甲状腺相关眼病的用药规律可为现代医家诊治和临床用药提供理论支持和实践基础.
Objective:To explore the medication patterns for treating thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy(TAO)based on ancient Chinese medical literature.Methods:Data was retrieved from all the entries mentioning TAO in the Zhong Hua Yi Dian(《中华医典》).After applying inclusion and exclusion criteria and screening the entries,a database was constructed using Microsoft Office Excel 2016.The raw data were subsequently subjected to statistical analysis using SPSS Statistics 23.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 software to uncover the medication patterns for TAO.Results:A total of 42 relevant documents were included.Among them,the high-frequency prescriptions were Mofeng Gao(摩风膏),Fenzhu San(分珠散),Xiefei Tang(泻肺汤),and Xuanming Wan(宣明丸).The top 25 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs)used,in descending order of frequency,were Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Huangqin(Radix Scutellariae),Fangfeng(Radix Saposhnikoviae),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra),Zhizi(Fructus Gardeniae),and so forth.The major effects of these high-frequency TCM were heat-clearing and exterior-releasing,with cold and warm natures being the most prevalent,among which bitter,sweet,and pungent flavors were the most dominant.They mainly entered the liver,lung,and heart meridians.Association rule analysis showed that the major high-frequency couplet medicinals were Danggui-Chishao,Dahuang(Radix et Rhizoma Rhei)-Zhizi,Huangqin-Mangxiao(Natrii Sulfas),Dahuang-Mangxiao,and Danggui-Fangfeng.Cluster analysis divided the high-frequency TCM into four categories:Category I mainly focused on draining liver heat,Category II comprised mainly blood-regulating and exterior-releasing herbs,Category III contained Longdan(Radix et Rhizoma Gentianae)and Zhizi,both of which had heat-clearing effects,and Category IV comprised herbs with diuretic and dampness-eliminating functions.Conclusion:The medication patterns for treating TAO in ancient texts can provide theoretical support and a practical foundation for modern physicians in diagnosis,treatment,and clinical medication.
