职教教师深度参与企业实践意愿的影响机制研究OA

深入探讨职教教师深度参与企业实践的影响因素及作用机理,对产教融合背景下职教教师的专业发展具有指导性意义.基于融合计划行为理论与规范激活理论构建职教教师企业实践深度参与意愿模型,在全国范围内选取602名职教教师作为研究样本,采用文献考察、问卷调查和PLS—SEM分析法进行实证研究.结果表明,行为态度、认知行为控制、主观规范、后果意识及个人规范对职教教师企业实践深度参与意愿具有显著正向影响.后果意识间接影响其他因素,主观规范等通过多条中介路径间接影响参与意愿,责任归属通过个人规范间接影响参与意愿.基于此,我国应构建规范引导型价值环境,强化示范机制与群体扩散效应;嵌入职业精神培育,推动责任内化型发展路径形式;完善制度供给结构,构建稳定组织情境支持系统.

Delving into the influencing factors and mechanisms of vocational education teachers'willingness to deeply engage in enterprise practice holds significant guiding implications for their professional development under the context of industry-education integration.By integrating the Theory of Planned Behavior and Norm Activation Theory,this study constructs a model for vocational education teachers'willingness to deeply engage in enterprise practice.A nationwide sample of 602 vocational education teachers was selected for empirical research using literature review,questionnaire surveys,and PLS-SEM analysis.The results indicate that behavioral attitudes,perceived behavioral control,subjective norms,consequence awareness,and personal norms exert significant positive impacts on vocational education teachers'willingness to deeply engage in enterprise practice.Consequence awareness indirectly influences other factors,while subjective norms and others indirectly affect participation willingness through multiple mediating pathways.Responsibility attribution indirectly influences participation willingness through personal norms.Based on these findings,China should build a standardized and guidance-oriented value environment,and strengthen demonstration mechanisms and group diffusion effects;embed the cultivation of professional ethics,and promote the formation of a development path featuring internalized responsibility;improve the institutional supply structure,and establish a stable support system for organizational contexts.
