面向新型工业化的工科应用型人才培养实践教学体系构建OA

Construction of Practical Teaching System for Cultivating Applied Engineering Talents Oriented Towards New Industrialization

新型工业化对工科应用型人才培养提出新要求,即目标重心从技术执行走向价值引领、知识结构从单科封闭走向交叉融合、能力结构从技能熟练走向高阶生成、组织素养从单兵作业走向协同创新、成长方式从阶段学习走向持续发展.工科应用型人才培养实践教学体系的构建需要遵循以产业需求反向牵引人才培养的目标导向逻辑,以要素协同提升整体效能的系统重构逻辑,以内外双向联动激活体系运行的"两融合"驱动逻辑,以价值塑造、动力激发与技术赋能统一推进的"三维贯穿"逻辑,以及以能力阶梯式生成支撑人才成长的递进发展逻辑.基于此构建了"四维锚定、四实筑基、四阶锤炼、四方联动、三维贯穿"的实践教学体系,该实践教学体系可以通过重构课程与项目、提升师资队伍能力、建设平台与资源、改革管理与评价、完善协同机制等举措予以落实.

New industrialization has raised new requirements for the cultivation of applied engineering talents.To be specific,the training goal shifts from technical execution to value leadership;the knowledge structure changes from closed single disciplines to interdisciplinary integration;the ability structure advances from skilled operation to high-order generation;organizational literacy evolves from individual work to collaborative innovation;and the growth mode transforms from stage-based learning to sustainable development.The construction of the practical teaching system for cultivating applied engineering talents needs to follow five logical paths:the goal-oriented logic with talent training reversely driven by industrial demands,the systematic reconstruction logic to improve overall efficiency through element coordination,the dual-integration driving logic to activate system operation via internal and external linkage,the three-dimensional penetration logic that integrates value shaping,motivation stimulation and technological empowerment,and the progressive development logic supporting talent growth through stepped capacity cultivation.On this basis,a practical teaching system characterized by four-dimensional anchoring,four-pillar consolidation,four-stage refinement,four-party linkage and three-dimensional penetration is constructed.It can be fully implemented by restructuring courses and practical projects,improving teachers'comprehensive abilities,building platforms and teaching resources,reforming management and evaluation systems,and perfecting multi-cooperation mechanisms.
