Vocational Competency Cultivation for Hearing-impaired College Students:Times Demands,Practical Dilemmas and Breakthrough Paths
听障大学生职业能力培养是促进教育公平、实现以人为本和推动残疾人高等教育由"特有所育"迈向"特有优育"的现实需求.当前,听障大学生在职业能力培养过程中仍面临诸多现实制约,尤其在计算机艺术设计等实践性、应用性较强的专业领域,普遍存在学习基础差异明显、师资队伍建设不足、教学方法较为单一以及教学资源相对匮乏等问题,影响了其职业能力的有效形成与持续提升.基于此,应立足听障大学生的身心特点和学习规律,从因材施教、分层指导入手,强化个体化专业支持;以提升特殊教育教师专业素养、手语能力和数字素养为重点,推进一体化师资培养;借助多媒体、智能技术和数字平台,创新数智化教学方式.同时,积极借鉴国外经验,完善专业手语词汇、适配教材和数字资源建设,逐步构建更具针对性、系统性和本土化特征的职业能力培养支持体系.
Cultivating vocational competencies among hearing-impaired college students is a practical requirement for promoting educational equity,adhering to a people-centered approach,and advancing higher education for individuals with disabilities from"specialized education for all"to"high-quality specialized education".Currently,hearing-impaired college students still face numerous practical constraints in the process of vocational competency cultivation,particularly in practical and applied majors such as computer art design.Common issues include significant disparities in computer fundamentals,inadequate faculty development,relatively monotonous teaching methods,and a scarcity of teaching resources,all of which hinder the effective formation and continuous enhancement of their vocational competencies.Based on this,it is essential to consider the physical and psychological characteristics and learning patterns of hearing-impaired college students,starting with tailored instruction and stratified guidance to strengthen individualized professional support.Emphasis should be placed on enhancing the professional competencies,sign language proficiency,and digital literacy of special education teachers to advance integrated faculty development.Innovative digitally intelligent teaching methods should be introduced through the use of multi-media,intelligent technologies,and digital platforms.Additionally,by actively drawing on foreign experiences,efforts should be made to improve specialized sign language vocabulary,develop suitable teaching materials,and enhance digital resource construction,gradually establishing a vocational competency cultivation support system that is more targeted,systematic,and locally adapted.
