循证实践与行动研究融合:职教专硕教学实践能力培养的框架构建OA
Integration of Evidence-based Practice and Action Research:Framework Construction for Cultivating Teaching Practical Abilities of Professional Master Students in Vocational Education
职教领域教育硕士是职业教育师资的重要后备力量,其教学实践能力直接关系职教师资整体水平.针对当前职教专硕培养中存在的"三习"教学实践目标模糊、实效不足等问题,提出将循证实践与行动研究相融合的培养路径.二者在理论上具有互通性、在流程上具有嵌合性,且契合职教专硕教学实践能力的培养目标和培养模式.基于此,构建了覆盖"三习"阶段的"大循环套小循环"的职教专硕教学实践行动框架:"大循环"分别对应行动研究的计划、行动、观察、反思环节,并融入循证实践的"提问—收集证据—评估证据—应用证据—效果评价"步骤;"小循环"则作为各阶段内部的微缩循证过程,确保每一环节精准聚焦"真问题".在该行动框架应用于职教专硕培养"三习"阶段,强调通过证据驱动的教学设计、实践检验与反思提升,以全面培养职教专硕的循证思维与教学实践能力.
Master students in the field of vocational education represent a crucial reserve force for vocational education teachers,with their teaching practical abilities directly influencing the overall caliber of the vocational teaching workforce.Addressing the issues of ambiguous objectives and insufficient effectiveness for the"three practices"in practical teaching within the current training of professional master students in vocational education,this paper proposes an integrated training pathway that combines evidence-based practice with action research.These two approaches are theoretically interconnected and procedurally nested,aligning well with the training objectives and models for cultivating the teaching practical abilities of vocational education master students.Based on this,a"large cycle encompassing small cycles"action framework for vocational education master students'teaching practice,covering the"three practices"stages,is constructed.The"large cycle"corresponds to the planning,action,observation,and reflection phases of action research,integrating the steps of evidence-based practice:"posing questions—collecting evidence—evaluating evidence—applying evidence—evaluating outcomes";the"small cycles"serve as miniature evidence-based processes within each stage,ensuring that each step precisely focuses on"real problems".When applied to the"three practices"stages in the training of vocational education master students,this action framework emphasizes the comprehensive cultivation of evidence-based thinking and teaching practical abilities through evidence-driven instructional design,practical verification and reflective improvement.
