中医膏摩疗法在儿科疾病中的应用研究OA

This article provides a systematic review of the application and research of Chinese medicine ointment rubbing therapy in pediatric diseases.Ointment rubbing therapy combines the transdermal absorption of Chinese herbal ointments with the stimulation of tuina techniques to achieve the mechanisms of dredging me-ridians and regulating visceral qi and blood.This therapy has demonstrated significant efficacy across various pediatric fields,including digestive system disorders(such as constipation and anorexia),respiratory system conditions(such as mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and common cold),urinary system issues(enuresis),neonatal diseases(sclerema),and musculoskeletal disorders(muscular torticollis).It offers advantages such as ease of operation and minimal adverse effects.Although ointment rubbing therapy holds notable value in pe-diatric clinical practice,current studies exhibit limitations,including insufficient exploration of its mecha-nisms and a lack of large-sample,multi-center randomized controlled trials.Future efforts should focus on im-proving the quality of clinical evidence and delving deeper into its mechanisms of action to provide a reference for standardized diagnostic and treatment protocols.
