基于气机升降理论论治小儿百日咳痉咳期OA

This paper discusses the treatment of the paroxysmal coughing stage of pertussis in children based on the theory of qi movement ascending and descending.It points out that the imbalance in the ascending and descending of qi movement in the zang-fu organs is a crucial etiology and pathogenesis during this stage.Adhering to the principle that"coughing is not only related to the lung but also inseparable from it",the treat-ment focuses on ventilating the lung descending of qi,strengthening the spleen to resolve phlegm,and calming the liver to dispel wind.The self-formulated Shengjiang Zhenke Tang(升降镇咳汤)is used to achieve the goal of regulating yin and yang of the zang-fu organs and restoring their qi movement ascending and descending,demonstrating significant clinical efficacy.One case example is provided for verification.
