为研究含焊缝P92 钢主蒸汽管道在温度与低频振动耦合作用下的形变特性,以某火电厂退役主蒸汽管段为原料制备板材试样,借助高温拉伸试验机及应变监测系统,在 300℃、500℃及600℃高温条件下,开展不同拉伸载荷及5~10 Hz低频振动激励下的应变响应试验.结果表明:随温度升高,P92 试样表面形变扩张加剧,500℃时应变范围为[1 198,3 360]με,600℃时应变增长幅度显著高于500℃,恒温恒载下应变波动幅值约20 με;外部低频敲击振动会导致应变瞬时突降,高应变水平下的波动幅度(约50 με)大于低应变水平(约 20 με),激振停止后应变恢复原有趋势.研究结果可为火电厂主蒸汽管道的安全运行与形变监测提供试验依据.

To investigate the deformation characteristics of P92 steel main steam pipelines with welds under the coupled effects of temperature and low-frequency vibration,plate specimens were prepared from retired main steam pipeline sections of a thermal power plant.Using a high-temperature tensile testing machine and strain monitoring system,strain response tests were conducted under different tensile loads and 5-10 Hz low-frequency vibration excitation at elevated temperatures of 300℃,500℃,and 600℃.The results indicate that surface deformation intensifies with increasing temperature.At 500℃,the strain range is[1198,3360]με,while at 600℃,the strain increase is significantly greater than that at 500℃.Under constant temperature and load,strain fluctuations are approximately 20 με.External low-frequency impact vibration causes an instantaneous strain drop,with fluctuation amplitudes at high strain levels(around 50 με)exceeding those at low strain levels(around 20 με).After vibration ceases,the strain recovers to its original trend.These findings provide an experimental basis for the safe operation and deformation monitoring of main steam pipelines in thermal power plants.
