基于多功能机械手与智能视觉的反向双动挤压装备OA
Indirect double-action extrusion equipment based on multi-function manipulator and intelligent vision
为解决传统反向双动铝挤压生产效率低、取垫机械手存在安全隐患、材料利用率不高等问题,对活动垫与活动模循环技术、实心锭在线穿孔工艺及装备关键结构进行了系统研究.通过研制28 MN反向双动挤压装备,采用气动驱动钳口的多功能机械手、具有清筒功能的反挤模具及新型在线穿孔工艺,实现了生产过程的高效安全运行与高质量管材挤压.试验结果表明,该装备非挤压时间缩短3%以上,可成功实现1 系、2 系、5 系、6 系、7 系铝合金实心锭的穿孔挤压,所得管材偏心率优于传统空心锭挤压产品,为高端铝管材的高效精密成形提供了可靠的装备解决方案.
To address the issues of low production efficiency,potential safety hazards in pad-fetching manipulator,and low material utilization in traditional indirect double-action aluminum extrusion production,systematically investigates the circulation technology of loose dummy block and loose die,the online piercing process for solid billets,and key equipment structures.By developing a 28 MN indirect aluminum tube extrusion equipment,which incorporates a multi-function manipulator with pneumatically driven jaws,an indirect extrusion die with container cleaning function,and a novel online piercing process,efficient and safe operation along with high-quality tube extrusion are achieved.Test results show that the non-extrusion time of this equipment is reduced by more than 3%.It successfully enables online piercing and extrusion of 1xxx,2xxx,5xxx,6xxx,and 7xxx series aluminum alloy solid billets.The eccentricity of the produced tubes is superior to that of products extruded from traditional hollow billets,providing a reliable equipment solution for the efficient and precise forming of high-end aluminum tubes.
