新活素在慢性肺源性心脏病伴心力衰竭治疗中的效果观察OA
Observation on the Effect of Xinhuosu in the Treatment of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease with Heart Failure
目的:探讨新活素在慢性肺源性心脏病伴心力衰竭中的治疗价值.方法:选取2022年4月—2025年4月龙岩市第二医院就诊 70 例慢性肺源性心脏病伴心力衰竭患者为研究对象.采用抽签法分为两组,常规组(35 例)选取基础治疗方式,干预组(35例)选取基础治疗方式结合新活素,两组均持续干预 7 d.比较两组心功能、肺动脉压及活动耐力.结果:比较两组初始 B 型利钠肽、左室射血分数与心排出量,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).完成 7 d疗法后,与入院时检测比较,两组B 型利钠肽含量降低,干预组低于常规组水平,左室射血分数及心排出量均明显增高,干预组明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).对两组入院时肺动脉收缩压、平均压进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).干预 7 d 后,与入院时比较,两组肺动脉压测量结果均下降,且干预组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组入院时的活动耐力水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).实施干预 7 d后,两组活动耐力指标均升高,且干预组高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:新活素有助于改善患者心功能、肺动脉压及增强活动耐力.
Objective:Explore the therapeutic value of Xinhuosu in chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure.Method:A total of 70 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure who addmitted to Longyan Second Hospital from April 2022 to April 2025 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into two groups through a lottery method.The control group(35 cases)received the standard treatment,while the intervention group(35 cases)received the standard treatment combined with Xinhuosi.Both groups were continuously intervened for 7 days.The comparison was made between the two groups in terms of cardiac function,pulmonary artery pressure and activity endurance.Result:Analysis of the differences in initial B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and cardiac output(CO)between the two groups revealed no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).After completing the 7-day therapy,compared to admission tests,BNP levels decreased in both groups,with the intervention group being lower than the conventional group.Both LVEF and CO were significantly higher,with the intervention group significantly higher than the conventional group,indicating statistically significant differences(P<0.05).A comparative analysis of pulmonary artery systolic pressure and mean pressure at admission between the two groups showed no significant differences(P>0.05).After implementing the intervention for 7 days,compared to admission,pulmonary artery pressure measurements decreased in both groups,with the intervention group being lower than the conventional group,indicating statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Analysis of activity tolerance levels at admission between the two groups showed no significant statistical differences(P>0.05).After implementing the intervention for 7 days,both groups showed improvement in activity tolerance indicators compared to admission,with the intervention group being higher than the conventional group,indicating statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xinhuansu helps to improve the patient's cardiac function,pulmonary artery pressure and enhance their activity endurance.
