沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床效果及安全性OA

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of sacubitril valsartan combined with bisoprolol in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Method:A total of 100 patients with CHF admitted to Wudang Hospital Affiliated to Guizhou Medical University from April 2019 to April 2024 were enrolled and randomly divided into the observation group(bisoprolol+sacubitril valsartan)and the control group(bisoprolol)using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The clinical efficacy,remission time of clinical symptoms,cardiac function indexes[left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],inflammatory factors[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate was significantly higher and the recovery time of clinical symptoms was significantly shorter in the observation group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of NT-proBNP,LVESD,LVEDD,IL-8,Hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 were significantly lower,while LVEF was significantly higher in the observation group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Sacubitril valsartan combined with bisoprolol can promote clinical symptom relief,reduce inflammation levels,improve cardiac function in CHF patients,with significant therapeutic effects and good safety.
