同伴支持联合认知行为疗法对青少年错牙合畸形治疗的影响OA
The Impact of Peer Support Combined with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy on the Treatment of Adolescent Malocclusion
目的:探讨同伴支持联合认知行为疗法对青少年错牙合畸形治疗的影响.方法:选取 2023 年 9 月—2024 年 12 月于长沙医学院附属第一医院收治的 90 例安氏(Angle)Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类错牙合畸形患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为 A 组(n=45)和 B 组(n=45).A 组给予常规护理干预,B 组给予同伴支持联合认知行为疗法干预.比较两组自我效能、应对方式、心理状态、口腔相关生活质量.结果:结果显示,B 组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、口腔相关生活质量各维度评分、消极应对评分低于 A 组,而自我效能评分高于 A 组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对 AngleⅠ类、Ⅱ类错牙合畸形青少年患者予以同伴支持联合认知行为疗法的干预方案可有效缓解焦虑情绪,提高自我效能,改善应对方式,并提高其口腔相关生活质量.
Objective:To explore the impact of peer support combined with cognitive behavioral therapy on the treatment of adolescent malocclusion.Method:Ninety patients with Angle Class Ⅰ and Ⅱ malocclusion who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Changsha Medical University from September 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into group A(45 cases)and group B(45 cases)using a random number table method.Group A received routine nursing care,while group B received peer support combined with cognitive behavioral therapy.The two groups were compared in terms of self-efficacy,coping styles,psychological status,and oral health-related quality of life.Result:Statistical analysis showed that the scores for Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and all dimensions of oral health-related quality of life in group B were lower than those in group A,while the self-efficacy score was higher than that in group A,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention program of peer support combined with cognitive behavioral therapy for adolescents with Angle Class Ⅰ and Class Ⅱ malocclusion can effectively alleviate anxiety,enhance self-efficacy,improve coping styles,and increase oral health-related quality of life.
