肠道微生物与支气管哮喘的相关性研究进展OA

Research Progress on the Association between Gut Microbiota and Bronchial Asthma

支气管哮喘是一种常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病,影响着全球超过 3 亿人,严重威胁着人们的身心健康,对于公共卫生管理产生了巨大压力,但目前尚无确切有效的彻底治愈方法.人体中各处器官定植着大量的微生物,其中尤以肠道微生物最为密集和丰富,肠道微生物调控着全身多个系统的生长发育.随着生物组学和代谢组学技术的快速发展,哮喘与肠道微生物之间的潜在联系愈来愈受到人们的关注,维持肠道微生物稳态或许将成为未来哮喘精准医疗新靶点.因此,文章回顾了近年来肠道微生物和哮喘之间相关性和免疫作用机制的最新证据,进行综合论述,以期为支气管哮喘的防治及长期管理开辟新的诊疗思路.

Bronchial asthma is a common chronic respiratory disease that affects over 300 million people worldwide,seriously jeopardizing both physical and mental health and posing a significant burden on public health management.Currently,there is no definitive or curative treatment available.Numerous organs in the human body are colonized by a vast array of microorganisms,among which the gut microbiota is the most densely populated and diverse.The gut microbiota modulates the development and function of multiple systems throughout the body.With the rapid advances in omics and metabolomics technologies,the potential link between asthma and gut microbiota has attracted increasing research interest.Maintaining gut microbiota homeostasis may emerge as a novel target for precision medicine in asthma management.Therefore,this article reviews the latest evidence on the correlation and underlying immune mechanisms between gut microbiota and asthma in recent years,providing a comprehensive discussion to offer new insights for diagnostic and therapeutic strategies in the prevention,treatment,and long-term management of bronchial asthma.
