情景模拟教育联合坚强概念心理干预在老年胆囊结石手术患者护理中的应用OA

Objective:To explore the application effect of scenario simulation education combined with the psychological intervention of the concept of strength in the nursing of elderly patients undergoing gallbladder stone surgery.Method:From April 2023 to April 2025,80 elderly patients undergoing gallbladder stone surgery admitted to Rudong County People's Hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(implementing the standard nursing plan)and the observation group(combining scenario simulation education and psychological intervention of the concept of strength on the basis of standard nursing)according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Compare the disease uncertainty,psychological state and surgical cooperation degree of the two groups.Result:After the intervention,the scores of the Mishel Uncertainty Scale of Illness(MUIS-FM),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical cooperation degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scenario simulation education combined with psychological intervention of the concept of strength can effectively reduce the disease uncertainty of elderly patients undergoing gallbladder stone surgery,improve their psychological state,and enhance their surgical cooperation.
