目的:研究对脑梗死偏瘫患者实施核心稳定性训练联合闭链运动对改善其肌力与运动及生命质量的效果.方法:选取 2024 年 3 月—2025 年 3 月武汉市新洲区中医医院收治的 100 例脑梗死偏瘫患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各 50 例.对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组实施核心稳定性训练联合闭链运动.比较两组肌力、肢体运动功能及生命质量情况.结果:治疗前,对两组上下肢进行 Lovett 肌力分级评分,数据对比分析后发现,两组上下肢肌力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组上下肢肌力评分均有所提升,观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).在肢体运动功能评估方面,治疗前采用 FMA 量表进行测验,结果表明,两组 Fugl-Meyer 运动功能评定量表(FMA)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗结束后,两组 FMA 评分均提高,且与对照组相比,观察组评分明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOL-74)评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对脑梗死偏瘫患者实施核心稳定性训练联合闭链运动干预,可有效提升患者的肌力水平,显著改善其肢体运动功能,同时能够进一步提高患者的生活质量.

Objective:To study the effect of core stability training combined with closed-chain exercise on improving muscle strength,movement and quality of life in hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 100 patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction admitted to Xinzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Wuhan City from March 2024 to March 2025 were selected as the research subjects.They were dicided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table approach,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,In the observation group,a combined regimen of core stabilization training and closed-chain movements was administered.The muscle strength,limb motor function and quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared.Result:Before treatment,Lovett muscle strength grading scores were conducted for the upper and lower limbs of the two groups.The findings indicated no statistically significant difference in scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the upper and lower limb muscle strength scores of both groups of patients showed an upward trend,Additionally,The scores in the observation group were superior to those in the control group,and the discrepancy reached statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale(FMA)was used to evaluate the two groups of patients.The results showed that the two groups demonstrated comparable FMA scores,with no statistically significant intergroup difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the FMA scores of both groups increased.Meanwhile,The observation group exhibited higher scores relative to the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the Comprehensive Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)score was conducted for the two groups of patients.The observation group exhibited distinctly higher GQOL-74 scores than the control group,with a significant between-group difference.Conclusion:The combined application of core stability training and closed-chain exercise yields a marked improvement in muscular strength and limb motor function of hemiplegic patients with cerebral infarction,and improve the quality of life.
