微创经皮钢板内固定术与传统术式在闭合性胫骨干骨折患者治疗中的临床疗效观察OA

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO)and traditional surgical methods in the treatment of patients with closed tibial shaft fractures.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of patients with closed tibial shaft fractures who visited Beijing Fengtai You'anmen Hospital from March 2021 to May 2024.Thirty-five patients who underwent MIPPO were included in Group A.Forty-five patients who underwent traditional open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF)were included in Group B.Record and compare the surgical conditions(incision length,intraoperative blood loss,operation time,success rate of closed reduction)and postoperative recovery conditions[full weight-bearing time,fracture healing time,tibial function score(Johner-Wruh score)]of the two groups.The patients were followed up for 12 months after the operation,and the occurrence of complications was recorded.Result:During the operation,the incision length,operation time and intraoperative blood loss in Group A were significantly less than those in Group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the success rate of closed reduction between the two groups(P>0.05).The full weight-bearing time and fracture healing time of patients in Group A after the operation were significantly shorter than those in Group B.The excellent and good rate of Johner-Wruh score in Group A was significantly higher than that in Group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 months of postoperative follow-up,the total complication rate in Group A was significantly lower than that in Group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MIPPO can reduce intraoperative blood loss in patients with closed tibial shaft fractures,shorten the operation time,and provide better postoperative recovery.
