利多卡因联合依托咪酯、丙泊酚在ERCP取石术中的随机对照研究OA

Objective:To analyze the application effect of lidocaine combined with etomidate and propofol in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)stone removal.Method:Eighty patients who underwent ERCP stone removal and were admitted to the People's Hospital of Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups,A and B,according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The anesthesia method for Group A was lidocaine+etomidate+propofol.Group B was anesthetized with etomidate and propofol.The intraoperative hemodynamics,anesthesia recovery conditions and anesthesia safety of the two groups were compared.Result:Compared with T0,the vital signs[mean arterial pressure(MAP)and heart rate(HR)]at different intraoperative time points(T1,T2,T3)after anesthesia were decreased in both groups,but those in Group A were slightly higher than those in Group B,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between Group A and Group B in operation duration,time to eye opening after anesthesia,time to spontaneous respiration recovery,time to leaving the interventional operating room,and adverse anesthesia reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lidocaine combined with etomidate and propofol can maintain the intraoperative hemodynamic stability of patients undergoing ERCP stone removal,has a good anesthetic effect,and does not prolong the anesthesia recovery time of patients.
