以体检中心为主导的多学科延续护理对老年糖尿病体检患者血糖控制效果的影响OA

Objective:To explore the effect of multidisciplinary continuous nursing led by physical examination center on blood glucose control in elderly patients with diabetes undergoing physical examination.Method:88 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes(T2MD)who underwent physical examination in the Physical Examination Center of Xuzhou Central Hospital from January to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the test group(n=44)and the conventional group(n=44).The routine group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group received multidisciplinary continuing nursing care led by a physical examination center for 3 months.The health literacy,self-management behavior,and blood glucose levels of two groups of patients before and after nursing care were compared.Result:After nursing,the scores of health literacy questionnaire and diabetes self-management behavior scale(SDSCA)in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the test group was higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).After nursing,the fasting blood glucose(GLU),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),and glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)levels in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multidisciplinary continuing care led by the physical examination center can improve the health literacy of elderly patients with diabetes,improve their self-management behavior,and effectively control the blood sugar level.
