小儿推拿治疗儿童功能性消化不良的疗效观察OA
Observation on the Efficacy of Pediatric Tuina in Treating Functional Dyspepsia in Children
目的:评估小儿推拿疗法对儿童功能性消化不良的临床疗效.方法:选取 2022 年 6 月—2024 年 6 月上海市青浦区徐泾镇社区卫生服务中心收治的 72 例功能性消化不良患儿进行研究,按随机数表法将患儿分为对照组(n=36)和干预组(n=36).对照组和干预组分别采用健胃消食口服液和小儿推拿治疗.观察两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、食欲调节因子水平以及消化尼平消化不良指数(NDI).结果:治疗后,干预组总有效率、生长激素释放肽(Ghrelin)以及神经肽Y(NPY)水平显著高于对照组,中医证候积分、Leptin水平和NDI评分较对照组显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:功能性消化不良患儿采用小儿推拿治疗效果显著,能调节患儿的食欲因子水平,且促进消化功能恢复.
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of pediatric massage therapy for functional dyspepsia in children.Method:Children(n=72)with functional dyspepsia admitted to the Xujing Town Community Health Service Center in Qingpu District,Shanghai,from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected for the study.The children were divided into a control group(n=36)and an intervention group(n=36)using a random number table method.The control group and intervention group were treated with Jianweixiaoshi Oral Liquid and pediatric massage therapy,respectively.The clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,appetite regulating factor levels,and the Nepean Dyspepsia Index(NDI)were observed in both groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate Ghrelin and NPV levels were significantly higher than the control group.TCM syndrome score,the levels of ghrelin and neuropeptide Y(NPY)the Leptin level and the NDI score of the intervention group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with functional dyspepsia,massage therapy has a remarkable effect.It can regulate the levels of appetite factors in the children and promote the recovery of digestive functions.
