基于生命周期理论的低碳木门设计研究OA
Research on Low-Carbon Wooden Door Design based on Life Cycle Theory
本文以生命周期评价为理论基础,选取高颜三胺饰面系列实木复合无漆门为研究对象,对其全生命周期碳足迹进行核算与分析.研究表明,该木门产品全生命周期碳足迹为 213.9kg CO2e/樘,其中原材料获取阶段占比 70.0%,制造与包装阶段占比 14.4%,使用与维护阶段占比 11.5%,运输阶段占比 4.1%.基于碳足迹分析结果,本文从原材料获取、制造与包装、运输、使用与维护、回收处理5 个阶段提出系统的低碳设计策略,为木门行业的低碳转型提供理论参考与实践指导.
This paper is based on the theory of life cycle assessment and selects the Gaoyan Trisamine veneer series solid wood composite paint-free doors as the research object to calculate and analyze their full life cycle carbon footprint.The study shows that the full life cycle carbon footprint of this door product is 213.9 kg CO2e per unit,of which 70.0%comes from the raw material acquisition stage,14.4%from the manufacturing and packaging stage,11.5%from the use and maintenance stage,and 4.1%from the transportation stage.Based on the carbon footprint analysis results,this paper proposes systematic low-carbon design strategies from five stages:raw material acquisition,manufacturing and packaging,transportation,use and maintenance,and recycling,providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for the low-carbon transformation of the wooden door industry.
