黄连润肌膏联合复方氟米松软膏治疗轻中度寻常型银屑病的临床疗效观察OA
Observation on the clinical efficacy of Huanglian Runji ointment combined with compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of mild to moderate psoriasis vulgaris
目的 观察黄连润肌膏联合复方氟米松软膏治疗轻中度寻常型银屑病的临床疗效.方法 选取2023年7月至2024年6月于桂林市中医医院就诊的90例银屑病患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为治疗组(黄连润肌膏联合复方氟米松软膏外用)、对照组A(黄连润肌膏外用)和对照组B(复方氟米松软膏外用),每组30例.比较三组患者的银屑病皮损面积与严重程度指数(psoriasis area and severity index,PASI)、瘙痒程度、血液流变学、疗效.结果 治疗后,三组患者的PASI评分、瘙痒视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分、全血黏度、高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度均显著低于本组治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组患者的PASI评分、瘙痒VAS评分、全血黏度、高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度均显著低于对照组A和对照组B(P<0.05).治疗组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组A和对照组B(P<0.01).治疗组患者的复发率显著低于对照组B(χ2=4.634,P<0.05).治疗中三组患者均未见明显不良反应.结论 黄连润肌膏联合复方氟米松软膏治疗轻中度寻常型银屑病疗效肯定,使用方便,值得基层推广.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huanglian Runji ointment combined with compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of mild to moderate psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 90 patients with psoriasis who were treated at Guilin Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into treatment group(Huanglian Runji ointment combined with compound flumetasone ointment for external use),control group A(Huanglian Runji ointment for external use),and control group B(compound flumetasone ointment for external use)according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The psoriasis area and severity index(PASI),pruritus degree,hemorheology and therapeutic effect of three groups of patients were compared.Results After treatment,the PASI score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score for pruritus,whole blood viscosity,high-cut whole blood viscosity,and low-cut whole blood viscosity of three groups of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The PASI score,VAS score for pruritus,whole blood viscosity,high-cut whole blood viscosity and low-cut whole blood viscosity of patients in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group A and control group B(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group A and control group B(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of patients in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group B(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reaction were observed in all three groups of patients during the treatment.Conclusion Huanglian Runji ointment combined with compound flumetasone ointment has a definite therapeutic effect on mild to moderate psoriasis vulgaris,is convenient to use,and is worthy of promotion in primary care settings.
