板式定制家具成品包装码垛空间利用率优化方法OA
Method for optimizing space utilization in palletizing packaged custom panel furniture
[目的]在制造业智能化转型的产业背景下,板式定制家具行业凭借"个性化设计、柔性化生产"的核心竞争优势,实现了市场规模的快速拓展.然而,该行业"多品种、小批量、多批次"的生产特征,导致包装单元数量急剧增加与仓储空间受限之间的矛盾愈发显著,迫切需要借助科学的码垛方式来实现存储空间利用率的最大化.[方法]设计并实施基于分层贪心策略的码垛优化方法,通过构建复合优先级排序机制、分层平面布局以及动态空隙填充策略,并结合实际堆垛中的支撑面积约束与稳定性要求,提出了适用于板式定制家具成品包装码垛的空间规划优化方法.[结果]从某大型家具集团生产线采集基础数据并加以处理,将码垛空间优化方法与传统人工码垛方式对比后发现,托盘空间利用率从不足40.00%提高至 50.37%,托盘使用数量从 18个减少至 11 个.同时,该方法通过主动约束和优化支撑布局,将平均支撑面积比例大幅提升至 87.5%,最小支撑比例也严格控制在 60%的安全阈值范围之内.[结论]在现有设备条件和工人数量保持不变的情况下,码垛空间优化方法以最大化托盘空间利用率为目标,减少托盘使用数量,增强堆垛稳定性,实现了码垛过程的智能化决策升级,在显著提高空间利用率的同时,也为企业实现码垛高效化与降低成本提供了系统的技术支持.
[Objective]Under the industrial background of intelligent transformation in manufacturing,the panel-based customized furniture industry has achieved rapid expansion in market scale by virtue of its core competitiveness of"customized design and flexible production".However,the industry's production characteristics of"high product variety,small batch size and multiple production batches"have led to an increasingly prominent contradiction between the surge in the number of packaging units and the constraints of storage space,making it urgent to maximize storage space utilization through scientific palletizing methods.[Method]This paper designed and implemented a palletizing optimization method based on a hierarchical greedy strategy to address this problem.By constructing a composite priority ranking mechanism,hierarchical plane layout and dynamic gap-filling strategy,and combining the constraints of support area and stability requirements in actual stacking,this paper proposed a spatial planning optimization method suitable for finished product packaging and palletizing of panel-based customized furniture.[Result]Basic data were collected and processed from the production line of a large furniture group.A comparison between the proposed palletizing space optimization method and traditional manual palletizing reveals that the pallet space utilization rate increases from less than 40.00%to 50.37%,while the number of pallets used decreases from 18 to 11.Additionally,through active constraints and optimized support layouts,this method significantly raises the average support area ratio to 87.5%,and strictly controls the minimum support ratio above the safety threshold of 60%.[Conclusion]Without changing the existing equipment conditions and the number of workers,the method proposed in this paper aims to maximize pallet space utilization,reduce the number of pallets used,and enhance stacking stability,thus achieving an intelligent upgrade from manual experience to intelligent decision-making in the palletizing process.It not only significantly improves space utilization but also provides systematic technical support for enterprises to achieve efficient palletizing and cost reduction.
