[目的]比较不同批次引种火炬松家系的生长状况,对新引种的40个火炬松家系的生长进行综合评估,筛选出早期生长优良的家系.[方法]以 2017 年引进、2018 年造林的 40 个家系为对象,在广东英德和乐昌进行造林.调查 3 年生和 5 年生火炬松树高、胸径和保存率等性状;并对比 1996 年引进、1997 年造林的 3 片家系试验林的引种效果进行评估.应用R和ASReml软件对2地点树高、胸径和单株材积进行方差分析,计算育种值,选择早期生长优良的家系.[结果]1)本次引种的火炬松各性状在家系间存在极显著差异,英德试验林的平均树高为5.95 m,平均胸径为14.00 cm,平均单株材积为 0.044 9 m3;乐昌试验林的平均树高为6.09 m,平均胸径为9.94 cm,平均单株材积为0.024 2 m3,均高于1997年营造的试验林.2)单株材积育种值结果表明,英德试点的4个火炬松家系AGCLB-37、AGCLB-38、AGCLB-29、AGM-025为早期生长优良的家系,平均树高为 6.15 m,平均胸径为15.53 cm,平均单株材积为0.056 9 m3,均高于CK2;乐昌试点的4个火炬松家系AGM-225、AGM-005、AG-674、AG-373 为早期生长优良的家系,平均树高为 6.38 m,平均胸径为 10.47 cm,平均单株材积为0.027 6 m3,均高于CK2.[结论]英德、乐昌试验林火炬松生长优良,本次引种家系生长表现优于1997年引种家系.英德、乐昌试点分别筛选出 4 个优良家系,其单株材积遗传增益分别为26.73%和 14.05%.后续可在此基础上关注优良单株的选择,入选的优良单株可用于充实第二代育种群体和构建第三代育种群体,为火炬松遗传改良补充优秀的基因资源.

[Objective]This study compared the growth status of different batches of introduced Loblolly pine(Pinus taeda)and conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the growth of 40 newly introduced Loblolly pine families to identify those with excellent early growth.[Method]The study subjects were 40 loblolly pine families introduced and afforested in Yingde and Lechang,Guangdong.Traits such as tree height,diameter at breast height(DBH),and survival rate at 3 and 5 years were investigated.The results were compared with three test forests introduced in 1997 to assess the effectiveness of the current introduction.Variance analysis of tree height,DBH,and individual tree volume at two locations was conducted using R and ASReml software,and breeding values were calculated to select families with superior early growth.[Result]1)Significant variations were observed among families of the introduced Loblolly pine(Pinus taeda)for all measured traits.In the Yingde trial forest,the mean tree height was 5.95 m,mean DBH was 14.00 cm,and mean individual volume was 0.044 9 m3.In the Lechang trial forest,these values were 6.09 m,9.94 cm,and 0.024 2 m3,respectively—all exceeding those of the 1997 trial forest;2)Based on breeding values for volume,four superior families were identified for early growth at the Yingde site:AGCLB-37,AGCLB-38,AGCLB-29,and AGM-025,with mean values of 6.15 m,15.53 cm,and 0.0569 m3,outperforming the control group CK2.At the Lechang site,four families—AGM-225,AGM-005,AG-674,and AG-373—showed superior early growth,with means of 6.38 m 10.47 cm,and 0.027 6 m3,surpassing CK2.[Conclusion]The trial forests in Yingde and Lechang exhibited robust growth,with the introduced families demonstrating superior performance compared to those introduced in 1997.Four elite families were selected from each site(Yingde and Lechang),achieving volume-based genetic gains of 26.73%and 14.05%,respectively.Subsequent efforts should focus on selecting superior individual trees from these families.The chosen individuals can be used to enhance the second-generation breeding population and establish a third-generation breeding population,thereby enriching the genetic resources for Loblolly pine(Pinus taeda)improvement.
