近30年《千金要方》文献研究的可视化分析OA

[Objective]To analyze the current status,hotspots and trends in literature research on Qianjin Yaofang(Essential Formulas for Emergency Use Worth A Thousand Gold),in order to provide references for related studies.[Methods]Articles on Qianjin Yaofang indexed in China National Knowledge Infrastructur(CNKI)from January 1,1995 to December 31,2024 were analyzed with CiteSpace 6.4.R1 software to conduct visual analysis of the publication volume,authors,research institutions,keywords and other relevant factors.[Results]A total of 438 articles were included in the analysis.The annual publication showed an overall upward trend,with the highest number of 27 articles in 2012.Professor ZENG Feng contributed the most(54 articles),and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine led institutional outputs(104 articles).Key research areas included academic thoughts,version comparisons,health-preserving formulas and medical ethics.[Conclusion]Over the past 30 years,the literature research on Qianjin Yaofang has primarily focused on interpreting medical theories,exploring textual versions and herbal characteristics.Applying data mining techniques and textual variants to investigate prescription patterns and dosage characteristics in Qianjin Yaofang should be the trend in future research.
