基于数据挖掘探究中医古籍文献中手三里穴的应用规律OA

[Objective]To systematically analyze the clinical application rules of Shousanli point(LI10)in traditional Chinese medical texts through data mining.[Methods]Taking The Great Medical Canon of China as the research subject,the study screened effective prescriptions according to predetermined criteria to build a research database.Excel 2021 software was used for statistical analysis on the indications,compatibility rules and operational standards of Shousanli point.[Results]Among the 30 ancient texts analyzed,there were a total of 73 valid records.The core indications of Shousanli point mainly cover internal medicine,such as limb meridian disorders and neurological conditions,surgical abscesses and diseases of the five senses organs.Its single-point applications were most prominent in six types of conditions,including arthralgia,toothache,scrofula,stroke,etc.,while its combined applications focused primarily on stroke,arthralgia and other major conditions.In terms of compatibility systems,it involved 71 points(including regular and extraordinary points),with 17 high-frequency paired points(≥4 times),particularly the Quchi point had the highest frequency of use.From the perspective of meridian distribution,the proportion of acupoints on Large Intestine Meridian of Hand-Yangming was the highest;specific point applications mainly involved the Five-Shu Points,with the use rate of the He-sea points ranking first.Treatment methods predominantly combine acupuncture and moxibustion,typically involving needle insertion to a depth of three fen and moxibustion with three moxa cones.Common clinical practices included draining needling and contralateral moxibustion.[Conclusion]The distribution of main indications of Shousanli point in ancient Chinese medicine books conform to traditional Chinese medical theory of"where the meridian passes,where the main indications reach",and the compatibility follows the principles of meridian synergy and"treatment of the internal organs together",which provides textual evidence for optimizing compatibility schemes in modern acupuncture clinical practice.In the future,clinical verification and mechanism research can be carried out on ophthalmology and Zang-Fu related diseases recorded in ancient books to further expand its application value.
