基于德尔菲法的职教教师课程思政教学能力核心维度构建及提升策略OA
Core Dimension Construction and Enhancement Strategies of Vocational Education Teachers'Curriculum-Based Ideological and Political Education Competence Based on the Delphi Method
职教教师课程思政教学能力并非单一的教学技巧,而是一个贯穿教学全过程、各环节相互支撑的有机能力整体.职教教师课程思政教学能力具有情境性、融合性与协同性.基于德尔菲法将职教教师课程思政教学能力细化为课程思政元素挖掘能力、设计能力、执行能力、评价能力和反思能力等五大能力.职业院校有必要通过营造氛围、优化考评、强化激励、拓展资源、完善培训与构建团队等路径,全面提升职教教师课程思政教学能力.
The curriculum-based ideological and political education competence of vocational education teach-ers is not a single teaching skill,but an organic and integrated capability that runs through the entire teaching process,with all components supporting each other.This competence is characterized by being situational,in-tegrative,and collaborative.Based on the Delphi method,it is refined into five core abilities:the ability to ex-cavate,design,implement,evaluate,and reflect on curriculum-based ideological and political education ele-ments.It is necessary to comprehensively enhance vocational education teachers'curriculum-based ideologi-cal and political education competence through pathways such as fostering an atmosphere,optimizing assess-ment,strengthening incentives,expanding resources,improving training,and building teams.
