从技术产业化链条来看,职业本科培养的人才既包括了工程型职业中的工程技术人才,也包含了技术技能人才中的绝大部分技术人才和部分对技能水平要求较高的高技能人才.从本质上来看,他们都属于技术应用型人才,但相较于中职、高职专科而言,他们是"会创新"的技术应用型人才.该类人才所需的知识体系呈现"实践—理论—创新"三位一体结构,包含了支撑技术熟练应用的多元实践知识、筑牢技术应用根基的完备理论知识以及驱动技术应用升级的创新知识.职业本科人才需要通过情境化、结构化、协同化整合逻辑及改良式、重构式、创新式三类创新逻辑来实现知识建构.为落实该定位,需通过分类确立培养目标、搭建产科教协同育人平台、构建三阶递进课程体系、建立"能力+创新"导向学位授予标准来达成.

From the perspective of the technological industrialization chain,vocational undergraduate educa-tion cultivates talents that include both engineering professionals and a majority of technical-skilled talents,as well as some high-skilled talents with higher skill requirements.Essentially,they all belong to the category of applied technical talents,but compared to vocational secondary education and associate degrees,they are"in-novative"applied technical talents.The required knowledge system of such talents exhibits a"practice-theory-innovation"trinity structure,encompassing diverse practical knowledge to support technical proficiency,com-prehensive theoretical knowledge to solidify technical application foundations,and innovative knowledge to drive technological advancement.Vocational undergraduate talents must achieve knowledge construction through contextualized,structured,and collaborative integration logic,as well as three types of innovative logic:incre-mental,reconstructive,and innovative.To implement this positioning,it is necessary to establish training ob-jectives through classification,build a collaborative platform for industry-education-science cooperation,de-velop a three-tiered progressive curriculum system,and establish degree-granting standards oriented toward"competency+innovation".
