新质生产力背景下高技能人才培养模式研究OA

Starting from the connotation and characteristics of the new quality productive forces,this thesis analyzes the relationship between the new quality productive forces and the cultivation of highly-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.Targeting issues such as the lagging and generalized objectives of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,insufficient depth of industry-education integration,rigid and fragmented curriculum systems,and single and outdated evaluation systems,this study constructs a highly-skilled talent cultivation mode,clarifies cultivation objectives,deepens industry-education integration,implements curriculum reform,improves the evaluation system,and enhances students'learning,innovation,and interdisciplinary collaboration abilities.
