为明确斜纹夜蛾种间化学通信的嗅觉机制,本研究以斜纹夜蛾为研究对象,通过田间诱捕试验明确不同种间性信息素对性信息素诱捕雄蛾的调控作用,运用双电极电压钳技术鉴定其性信息素受体对斜纹夜蛾及其生境中其他害虫种间性信息素的影响.田间试验结果表明,种间信息素Z7-12:Ac和Z9-14:OH对斜纹夜蛾性诱具有强烈的抑制作用,种内微量成分的作用在不同地区之间存在差异.电生理分析结果表明,气味受体基因SlituOR6对斜纹夜蛾性信息素成分E11-14:Ac具有强烈的电流反应,对种间性信息素成分16:Ac有较为强烈的电流反应.气味受体基因SlituOR16对甜菜夜蛾性信息素成分Z9-14:OH的反应最强烈,对小地老虎性信息素成分Z7-12:Ac的反应中等,对斜纹夜蛾性信息素微量组分E11-14:Ac的反应较弱,这表明SlituOR16有识别种内和种间信息素信号的双重作用.荧光原位杂交结果显示,SlituOR16位于触角基部的感受器上,表明SlituOR16可能参与了性信息素的识别过程.这些发现证实了SlituOR6和SlituOR16对种间性信息素信号的特异性反应,明确了斜纹夜蛾种间化学通信的分子基础,揭示了受体特异性和环境背景气味对种间化学通信的影响,为基于性信息素的测报和防控提供了理论支撑.

To elucidate the olfactory mechanism underlying interspecific chemical communication in Spodoptera litura,this study used S.litura as the subject of investigation.Through field trapping experiments,we determined the modulatory effects of interspecific pheromones on the trapping of male moths by sexual pheromones.Using two-electrode voltage clamp techniques,we characterized the responses of pheromone receptors of S.litura to interspecific pheromones from both S.litura and other pest species in its habitat.Field experiments revealed that interspecific pheromones,specifically Z7-12:Ac and Z9-14:OH,strongly reduced the trapping efficacy of S.litura males,and the effects of intraspecific trace components varied regionally.Electrophysiological analysis revealed that SlituOR6 exhibited a strong current response to E11-14:Ac and a weaker current response to 16:Ac.SlituOR16,however,displayed the highest sensitivity to the S.exigua sex pheromone component Z9-14:OH,a moderate sensitivity to the Agrotis ipsilon sex pheromone component Z7-12:Ac,and a weak response to the S.litura sex pheromone trace component E11-14:Ac.These findings suggest that SlituOR16 plays a dual role in detecting both intraspecific and interspecific pheromone signals.Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)further localized SlituOR16 to receptor neurons at the base of the antennae,suggesting that SlituOR16 may be involved in the recognition of sex pheromones.Collectively,this study provides evidence of SlituOR6 and SlituOR16 specific responses to interspecific sex pheromone signals,elucidating the molecular basis of interspecific chemical communication in S.litura.Additionally,it highlights the interplay between receptor specificity and environmental background odors in modulating these interactions and offers a theoretical foundation for pheromone-based monitoring and control.
