全球气候变化与粮食需求持续增长的双重胁迫,使得提升农田土壤固碳能力成为支撑农业可持续发展的关键路径.然而,不同肥料管理的固碳路径复杂多样,其效应也深受土壤、气候及管理措施的影响,这为系统整合相关研究成果并制定普适性策略带来了挑战.本文系统综述了施肥影响土壤固碳的主要机制,包括作物碳输入、团聚体物理保护、土壤理化性质调控及微生物转化等路径,并分析了关键调控因素.基于此,本文进一步提出了以养分精准管理、有机无机肥配施、保护性耕作协同及新型肥料应用为核心的可持续固碳策略.本综述将为构建区域适配的农田固碳减排技术体系提供科学依据,以协同推进粮食安全与气候治理目标的实现.

The dual pressures of global climate change and growing demand for food position the enhancement of soil carbon sequestration capacity in farmlands as a key pathway for supporting sustainable agricultural development.However,the pathways of carbon sequestration under different fertilization strategies are complex and diverse,and their effects are profoundly influenced by soil,climate,and management practices,posing challenges for synthesizing relevant research findings systematically and developing universal strategies.Therefore,this review has systematically summarized the main mechanisms by which fertilization affects soil carbon sequestration,including pathways such as crop carbon input,physical protection within soil aggregates,regulation of soil physicochemical properties,and microbial transformation.We also analyzed the key regulatory factors.Based on this,this paper further proposes a sustainable carbon sequestration strategy centered on precise nutrient management,combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers,coordination of conservation tillage,and application of novel fertilizers.This review will provide a scientific basis for establishing regionally adapted technological systems for carbon sequestration and emission reduction in farmlands to synergistically advance the achievement of food security and climate mitigation goals.
