酉州乌羊种质资源保护与开发利用现状OA
Current situation and suggestions on the protection and development of Youzhou dark goat germplasm resources
酉州乌羊是重庆市酉阳县特有的地方山羊品种,其全身被毛白色、皮肤等可视黏膜为乌黑色,以及肉药兼用等特性而具有独特的遗传与经济价值.该文系统梳理了酉州乌羊种质资源保护和开发利用现状,指出当前存在资源保护基础脆弱、开发利用不足和科技与人才支撑体系薄弱等核心问题,并基于此提出强化顶层设计与政策保障,优化育种核心技术攻关和开发品种特色品牌等针对性建议,以期为酉州乌羊资源的可持续保护与科学利用提供决策参考.
Youzhou dark goat is a unique local goat breed in Youyang County,Chongqing Municipality.It has unique genetic and economic value due to its characteristics such as all-white coat,black visible mucous membranes like skin,and dual use for meat and medicine.This paper systematically reviews the current status of germplasm resource conservation and utilization of Youzhou dark goats,identifying core issues including fragile conservation foundations,underutilization of resources,and inadequate scientific and talent support systems.Based on this,targeted suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening top-level design and policy guarantee,and intensifying research on core breeding technologies and developing distinctive breed brands,aiming to provide decision-making references for the sustainable protection and scientific utilization of Youzhou dark goat resources.
