山东省茶产业"十四五"发展成效与"十五五"发展路径思考OA

Based on the policy guidance of"Opinions on Accelerating the High Quality Development of the Tea Industry",combined with the development achievements and existing shortcomings of the tea industry in Shandong Province during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,and based on the strategic requirements of the national 15th Five-Year Plan to"coordinate the development of science and technology agriculture,green agriculture,quality agriculture,and brand agriculture",this article systematically expounded the basic conditions and core challenges of the high-quality development of the tea industry in Shandong Province.It proposed a development framework that takes the development of new quality productive forces in the tea industry as the fundamental driving force,the"Three Tea Coordination"as the guidance,and the upgrading of the entire industry chain as the starting point.It constructed a specific implementation path from four dimensions of cultivar innovation,quality control,brand integration and business model integration,supported by complementary systems in policy,technology and finance,providing theoretical support and practical reference for building a high-quality development highland for the tea industry in northern China.
