新质生产力视域下茶产业竞争力评价研究OA

Research on the Evaluation of Tea Industry Competitiveness from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

研究基于新质生产力"技术驱动、数字赋能、要素升级"的核心框架,针对福建、浙江、云南、湖南、湖北五大产茶省2015-2024年的数据,通过修正钻石模型构建了"产业规模与效率基础—科技应用与渗透—创新要素储备—市场创新与实现"四维评价体系,并采用探索性因子分析法与熵值法组合赋权进行实证测度.研究结果显示,新质生产力视域下五省茶产业竞争力均呈现显著增长趋势,整体进入质量效益协同发展阶段,且各省份在不同维度上有着各自的比较优势.基于此,研究提出构建跨区域协同创新体系、实施差异化数字赋能战略、推进产业基础分类提升等对策,为不同资源禀赋产区提供差异化路径,推动茶产业高质量发展.

Based on the core framework of new quality productiity characterized by"technology-driven develop-ment,digital empowerment,and factor upgrading,"this study constructed a four-dimensional evaluation system-"Industrial Scale and Efficiency Foundation,Technology Application and Penetration,Innovative Factor Reserve,Market Innovation and Realization"—by modifying the Diamond Model.It applied this system to data from five major tea-producing provinces(Fujian,Zhejiang,Yunnan,Hunan,Hubei)covering the period 2015-2024.The study used a combination of Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA)and the Entropy Method for combined weighting to conduct an empirical measurement.The findings indicate that from the perspective of new quality productiity,the tea industry competitiveness of all five provinces shows a significant upward trend,entering a stage of coordinated development quality and efficiency.Furthermore,each province has different comparative advantages.Based on these findings,the study proposed strategies such as building a cross-regional collaborative innovation system,im-plementing differentiated digital empowerment strategies,and promoting classified enhancements of the industrial base.These measures provided differentiated pathways for tea-producing regions with varying resource endow-ments,thereby driving the high-quality development of the tea industry.
