Tea Functional Ingredients Utilization Progress During the 14th Five-Year Plan Period and Development Direction in the 15th Five-Year Plan Period
"十四五"期间,我国在茶叶功能成分的提制技术升级与高附加值产品开发方面取得了显著成效.文章综述了绿色高效提制技术的研究进展,阐释了茶叶功能成分的新发现及其作用机理,并分析了功能性终端产品的开发现状与创新趋势.最后,文章展望了"十五五"发展方向并提出对策建议,以期为推动我国茶叶深加工领域的科技创新与产业发展提供决策参考.
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,China has achieved significant results in upgrading the extraction technology of tea functional components and developing high value-added products.This article reviewed the re-search progress of green and efficient extraction technology,explained the new discoveries and mechanisms of tea functional components,and analyzed the development status and innovation trends of functional end products.Fi-nally,the future development direction was discussed and countermeasures were proposed to provide decision-mak-ing references for promoting technological innovation and industrial development in the field of tea deep process-ing in China.
