Comprehensively advancing the rule of law is one of the basic strategies for upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and the construction of the rule of law at the primary level is an important foundation for comprehensively advancing the rule of law.In fine traditional Chinese culture,from the people-centered thought of"the people are the foundation of the state"to the governing principle of"the law does not favor the noble,"and from the moral criterion of"self-cultivation and establishing virtue"to the mediation concept of"harmony in diversity,"there is a wealth of governance wisdom.Centering on the goal of building the rule of law in primary-level society in the new era,this paper analyzes its great significance for comprehensively advancing the rule of law and improving the quality and efficiency of primary-level governance.On this basis,it further explores the internal logic between the rule of law in primary-level governance and fine traditional culture,and is committed to integrating fine traditional culture into the long-term mechanism for building the rule of law in rural society.
