书院制模式下涉农专业学生党建工作的内生价值、现存问题与发展路径OA
该文聚焦书院制改革背景下涉农高校学生党建工作面临的新机遇与挑战.研究发现,书院制通过空间重构、文化涵育、社群互动与实践整合,为涉农专业学生党建提供从"物理共存"转向"精神浸润"、实现价值引领与专业情怀深度融合的内生场域.然而,实践中仍面临党建体系与书院—学院协同不畅、党建工作与涉农专业教育联结弱化、传统党支部组织形态与书院社区生态适配不足、评价激励机制不健全等现实困境.为此,需从体制机制、内容载体、组织模式与评价体系 4 个维度进行系统性创新,构建"党建—书院—专业学院"三维协同育人体系,打造"知农爱农"特色党建品牌,探索"项目制、功能型"党组织运行模式,并建立以育人实效为导向的长效激励与资源保障机制,以高质量党建引领涉农人才培养,服务农业强国建设.
This paper focuses on the new opportunities and challenges faced by the Party building work for students in agricultural universities against the backdrop of the academy system reform.The research finds that the academy system,through spatial reconstruction,cultural cultivation,community interaction,and practice integration,provides an endogenous field for Party building among agricultural students.This field facilitates a shift from"physical coexistence"to"mental immersion,"enabling the deep integration of value guidance with professional commitment.However,practical challenges remain,including poor coordination between the Party building system and the academy-college synergy,a weakened connection between Party building work and agricultural professional education,insufficient adaptation of traditional Party branch structures to the academy community ecology,and an underdeveloped evaluation and incentive mechanism.To address these issues,systematic innovation is required across four dimensions:institution,content,organization,and evaluation.This involves constructing a three-dimensional collaborative education system integrating"Party-Academy-College",creating a distinctive Party building brand centered on"Understanding and Loving Agriculture,"exploring project-based and functional models for Party organization operation,and establishing a long-term incentive and resource guarantee mechanism oriented toward educational effectiveness.The aim is to guide the cultivation of agricultural talent with high-quality Party building,thereby contributing to the building of a strong agricultural nation.
