发展农业新质生产力视域下新型职业农民培育路径研究OA

The development of new quality agricultural productive forces is the core engine to promote agricultural modernization and realize rural revitalization.As the carrier of practice,the cultivation quality of new professional farmers directly determines the development effect of new quality agricultural productive forces.Through literature review,this paper reviews the research status of agricultural new quality productive forces and new professional farmers,and clarifies the research orientation and core content of this paper.On this basis,this paper systematically expounds the new requirements of developing new quality agricultural productive forces according to local conditions for new professional farmers in terms of skills,knowledge structure and innovation ability.Then,combined with the research basis and practical needs,a targeted new professional farmer cultivation path is proposed.
