听神经瘤治疗策略及听力重建研究进展OA

Acoustic neuroma,also known as vestibular schwannoma(VS),originates from Schwann cells of the vestibulocochlear nerve.Although a benign tumor,as its volume increases,it can compress adjacent tissues and important intracranial structures.The treatment strategies for VS include regular follow-ups,radiotherapy,surgical removal and emerging biological therapies.The modern treatment goal for VS is complete removal the tumor while protecting the facial nerve and preserving hearing as much as possible.This article aims to review the incidence,treatment methods,hearing preservation and hearing reconstruction in VS.
