为处理6 000 t/a浆渣资源化利用过程产生的3 600 m3/d高浓有机废水(化学需氧量(CODCr)≈45 000 mg/L、悬浮物(SS)含量≈21 000 mg/L),在该废水并入现有废水处理系统前,本研究设计建造了一套基于混凝澄清技术的预处理工艺.实际运行结果表明,采用聚合氯化铁(PFC,Fe3⁺≥11%)、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM,质量分数0.1%)与黏土乳液(质量分数1.5%~1.7%)的复配絮凝剂,该预处理技术对高浓废水的CODCr 去除率≥75%,SS去除率≥95%,出水CODCr≤918 mg/L、SS含量≤132 mg/L,满足原有废水处理系统的进水要求.同时,系统出水的可生化性(BOD5/CODCr)提升了约5%,有效解决了后续废水处理系统设备堵塞问题,使浅层气浮单元的化学品用量降低50%,并提高了污泥脱水效率.

To treat the 3 600 m3/d of highly concentrated organic wastewater(chemical oxygen demand(CODCr)≈45 000 mg/L,suspended solids(SS)content≈21 000 mg/L)generated during the resource recovery process of 6 000 t/a pulping residue,this study designed and constructed a pretreatment process based on coagulation and clarification technology,which prior to discharging into the existing wastewater treatment system.Operational results indicated that,using a flocculant blend comprising polyaluminum chloride(PFC,Fe3+≥11%),polyacrylamide(PAM,mass fraction 0.1%),and clay emulsion(mass fraction from 1.5%to 1.7%),the pretreatment technology achieved a CODCr removal rate of≥75%for the high-concentration wastewater,with a SS content removal rate of≥95%.The effluent CODCr was≤918 mg/L and SS content was≤132 mg/L,meeting the influent requirements of the existing wastewater treatment system.Additionally,the biodegradability(BOD5/CODCr)of the effluent in the system improved by approximately 5%.It effectively resolved clogging issues in the subsequent wastewater treatment system,reduced chemical consumption in the shallow-bed flotation unit by 50%,and improved sludge dewatering efficiency.
