太子参中1个新的呋喃-3-甲酯类化合物OA
A new furan-3-ylmethyl ester from Pseudostellariae Radix
采用硅胶、Toyopearl HW-40F 凝胶、5010-Diol 和反相 C18 等色谱方法,从太子参 70%乙醇提取物中分离得到 15 个化合物.通过 HR-ESI-MS、IR、UV、NMR 等波谱数据及理化性质,将所得化合物分别鉴定为二氢阿魏酸呋喃-3-甲酯(1)、2-羟基丙酸呋喃-3-甲酯(2)、吡咯-2-羧酸呋喃-3-甲酯(3)、二氢阿魏酸(4)、吡咯-2-羧酸(5)、22,23-二氢菠菜甾酮(6)、22,23-二氢菠菜甾醇(7)、22,23-二氢菠菜甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、pseudostellarin A(9)、pseudostellarin B(10)、pseudostellarin C(11)、pseudostellarin D(12)、pseudostellarin F(13)、pseudostellarin H(14)、heterophyllin B(15).其中化合物 1 为 1 个新的呋喃衍生物,化合物 2 为新天然产物,化合物 6、7 为首次从孩儿参属植物中分离得到.
Fifteen compounds(1-15)were isolated from the 70%ethanol extract of Pseudostellariae Radix through silica gel,Toyopearl HW-40F gel,5010-Diol,and reversed-phase C18 column chromatography.Their structures were identified as furan-3-ylmethyl dihydroferulate(1),furan-3-ylmethyl 2-hydroxypropionate(2),furan-3-ylmethyl pyrrole-2-carboxylate(3),dihydroferulic acid(4),pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid(5),22,23-dihydrospinasterone(6),22,23-dihydrospinasterol(7),22,23-dihydrospinasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),pseudostellarin A(9),pseudostellarin B(10),pseudostellarin C(11),pseudostellarin D(12),pseudostellarin F(13),pseudostellarin H(14),and heterophyllin B(15)based on the HR-ESI-MS,IR,UV,NMR data,as well as their physicochemical properties.Among them,compound 1 was a new furan derivative,and compound 2 was a new natural product.Compounds 6 and 7 were isolated from genus Pseudostellaria for the first time.
