As the capital of Shanxi province,Taiyuan city has long been affected by factors such as a heavy industrial structure and a single energy structure,and air pollution has become a prominent bottleneck restricting urban development.This paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of air pollution in Taiyuan city,reviews the effectiveness and shortcomings of current governance efforts,and proposes comprehensive management countermeasures based on the city's development realities.The aim is to provide references for promoting the coordinated development of the ecological environment,economy,and society.
