Study of Strategies for Strengthening Land Resource Management to Achieve Economical and Intensive Land Use
针对当前我国土地利用存在浪费、低效及结构失衡问题,分析了问题成因,结合江苏省、广东省、山东省等地案例,从科学规划、严格供应管理、推进整治开发、提升利用效率、加强信息化管理方面,提出节约集约用地策略.该研究为缓解土地供需矛盾、保障粮食安全、推动可持续发展提供实践路径,对优化土地资源配置具有重要参考价值.
In response to the current problems of waste,low efficiency,and structural imbalance in land use in China,the causes of these problems were analyzed.Based on case studies from Jiangsu province,Guangdong province,Shandong province,and other regions,strategies for economical and intensive land use were proposed from the aspects of scientific planning,strict supply management,promoting rectification and development,improving utilization efficiency,and strengthening information management.This study provides a practical path for alleviating the contradiction between land supply and demand,ensuring food security,and promoting sustainable development,and has important reference value for optimizing land resource allocation.
