甘桔冰梅片联合雷贝拉唑在咽喉反流合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者悬雍垂腭咽成形术后的应用效果OA

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Ganju Bingmei Tablets combined with rabeprazole after uvulopalatopharyngoplasty in patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux(LPR)complicated by obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:In this prospective study,83 patients with LPR complicated by OSAHS who underwent uvulopalatopharyngoplasty at our hospital between March 2021 and March 2024 were enrolled and allocated by a two-color ball randomization method to a control group(n=41),which received rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules,and a study group(n=42),which additionally received Ganju Bingmei Tablets.The Reflux Symptom Index(RSI),Reflux Finding Score(RFS),Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS)score,apnea-hypopnea index(AHI),laryngopharyngeal reflux-related molecular biomarkers(pepsin,cyclooxygenase-2,and prostaglandin E synthase),and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:At 4 and 8 weeks postoperatively,RSI and RFS scores decreased in both groups and were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).At 1,4,and 8 weeks postoperatively,ESS scores and AHI decreased in both groups and were lower in the study group(P<0.05).At 1 week postoperatively,levels of pepsin,cyclooxygenase-2,and prostaglandin E synthase decreased in both groups and were lower in the study group(P<0.05).During treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions such as headache,abdominal pain,constipation,and gastrointestinal bloating between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ganju Bingmei Tablets combined with rabeprazole showed significant efficacy after uvulopalatopharyngoplasty in patients with LPR complicated by OSAHS by effectively relieving postoperative reflux symptoms and signs,improving daytime sleepiness and ventilation status,and reducing postoperative levels of pepsin,cyclooxygenase-2,and prostaglandin E synthase.
